ننشر هنا فتوى اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلميّة والإفتاء - السعوديّة صدرت عام 1989 حول الختان.

السؤال

سائل يقول إن نصرانياً وزوجته أرادا الدخول في الإسلام فأمرهما مقدّم الإستفتاء بغسل البدن وبالنطق بالشهادتين عن طوع ورضا واستسلام والختان. ويسأل هل هذا صحيح أو لا؟ ويرجو الكتابة إليه بأقوال السلف وبالكيفيّة التي كانت تجرى لدخول الكافر في الإسلام في عهد النبي (ص).

الجواب

إن طريقة رسول الله (ص) في دعوة الكفّار إلى الإسلام أن يأمرهم بشهادة أن لا إله إلاّ الله وأن محمّداً رسول الله. فإن هم أجابوه إلى ذلك دعاهم إلى بقيّة شرائع الإسلام حسب أهمّيتها وما تقتضيه الأحوال. وممّا ورد في ذلك ما رواه البخاري ومسلم عن إبن العبّاس رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله (ص) لمّا بعث معاذاً إلى اليمن قال له: إنك تأتي قوماً من أهل الكتاب فليكن أوّل ما تدعوهم إليه شهادة أن لا إله إلاّ الله. وفي رواية أن يوحّدوا الله. فإن أطاعوك لذلك فأعلمهم أن الله فرض عليهم خمس صلوات في كل يوم وليلة. فإن هم أطاعوك لذلك فأعلمهم أن الله إفترض عليهم صدقة تؤخذ من أغنيائهم وترد على فقرائهم. فإن هم أطاعوك لذلك فإياك وكرائم أموالهم، واتق دعوة المظلوم فإنه ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب. ومن ذلك ما رواه البخاري ومسلم عن سهل بن سعد الساعدي أن النبي (ص) قال لعلي رضي الله عنه حينما أعطاه الراية يوم خيبر: أنفذ على رسلك حتّى تنزل بساحتهم ثم أدعهم إلى الإسلام وأخبرهم بما يجب عليهم من حق الله تعالى فيه فوالله لأن يهدي الله بك رجلاً واحداً خير لك من حمر النعم. وفي رواية أخرى: فادعهم إلى أن يشهدوا أن لا إله إلاّ الله وأن محمّداً رسول الله.

وقد إختلف السلف في حُكم الغسل بالنسبة لمن كان كافراً فأسلم فقال بوجوبه مالك وأحمد وأبو ثور رحمهم الله لما رواه أبو داوود عن النسائي عن قيس بن عاصم رضي الله عنه قال: «أتيت النبي (ص) أريد الإسلام فأمر أن أغتسل بماء وسدر». والأمر يقتضي الوجوب. وقال الشافعي وبعض الحنابلة يستحب أن يغتسل إلاّ أن يكون قد حدثت به جنابة زمن كفره فيجب عليه الغسل. وقال أبو حنيفة لا يجب عليه الغسل بحال وبكل حال فالمشروع له الغسل لهذا الحديث ولما في معناه.

وأمّا الختان فواجب على الرجال ومَكرُمَة في حق النساء. لكن لو أخّرت دعوة من رغب في الإسلام إلى الختان بعض الوقت حتّى يستقر الإسلام في قلبه ويطمئن إليه لكان حسناً خشية أن تكون المبادرة بدعوته إلى الختان منفّرة له من الإسلام.

وعلى هذا فما أمرت به الرجل وزوجته عند إسلامهما صحيح. وصلّى الله على نبيّنا محمّد وآله وصحبه وسلم.

جريمة الختان 151: غباء الشيخ يوسف القرضاوي

ننشر هنا فتوى الشيخ يوسف القرضاوي التي فيها يؤيد ختان الإناث ويعتبر ختان الذكور من شعائر الإسلام لدرجة « أن الإمام لو رأى أهل بلد تركوه لوجب عليه أن يقاتلهم حتّى يعودوا إلى هذه السُنّة المميّزة لامة الإسلام ». مما يعني انه يطالب بحرب ضد من يتركه. فهل هناك غباء أكبر من هذا الغباء؟ وهاكم هذه الفتوى.

سؤال

ما حُكم الإسلام في ختان البنات؟

جواب

هذا الموضوع إختلف فيه العلماء والأطبّاء أنفسهم، وقامت معركة جدليّة حوله في مصر منذ سنوات. من الأطبّاء من يؤيّد، ومنهم من يعارض. ومن العلماء من يؤيّد ومنهم من يعارض.

ولعّل أوسط الأقوال وأعدلها وأرجحها، وأقربها إلى الواقع، وإلى العدل في هذه الناحية، هو الختان الخفيف، كما جاء في بعض الأحاديث – وإن لم تبلغ درجة الصحّة – أن النبي (ص) قال لامرأة كانت تقوم بهذه المُهمّة، قال لها: «أشِمِّي ولا تُنهِكي، فإنه أنضر للوجه، وأحظى عند الزوج». والإشمام هو التقليل، ولا تُنهِكي أي لا تستأصلي، فهذا يجعل المرأة أحظى عند زوجها، وأنضر لوجهها فلعّل هذا يكون أوفق.

والبلاد الإسلاميّة تختلف بعضها عن بعض في هذا الأمر. فمنها من يختن ومنها من لا يختن.

وعلى كل حال، من رأى أن ذلك أحفظ لبناته فليفعل، وأنا أؤيّد هذا، وخاصّة في عصرنا الحاضر.

ومن تركه فلا جناح عليه، لأنه ليس أكثر من مَكرُمَة للنساء، كما قال العلماء، وكما جاء في بعض الآثار.

أمّا الختان للذكور

فهو من شعائر الإسلام، حتّى قرّر العلماء أن الإمام لو رأى أهل بلد تركوه لوجب عليه أن يقاتلهم حتّى يعودوا إلى هذه السُنّة المميّزة لامة الإسلام. والحمد لله رب العالمين.

L’islam lui-même reconnaît qu’il n’est pas celui que ses adeptes croient et surtout pas une religion de Paix.

Pourquoi l’islam a-t-il besoin de la bénédiction du Vatican pour être reconnu comme religion de paix comme vient de le demander au Pape François 1er un éminent docte de l’Université d’el Azzhar ?

Ses adeptes sont convaincus qu’il l’est alors que lui-même semble convaincu du contraire. S’il l’était aurait-il cherché à être ce qu’il ne l’est pas ?

Il fait penser à cet enfant qui se réclame de son père mais le père continue à ne pas le reconnaître.

En fin de compte le problème de l’islam est un problème identitaire. C’est certainement là qu’il faut trouver les bonnes réponses à ses crises violentes récurrentes.

Il a du mal à se construire sa propre personnalité en étant renié par son Père et son Grand-père.

Pour exister, il s’est choisi la voie de la terreur pour apaiser sa frustration et calmer ses ardeurs.

Cruel destin pour une religion que ses fidèles croient qu’elle est synonyme de paix alors qu’elle est qu’elle-même incapable de se reconnaître dans cette image sinon elle n’aurait pas sollicité le Saint-Père pour la doter d’un vrai statut de religion de paix, et peut-être de religion stricto-sensu.

1434 ans qu’elle galère comme une forcenée sans qu’elle n’arrive à prouver sa filiation biblique.

Elle n’a pas de chance avec ses deux aïeux indignes qui persistent et signent dans leur refus d’octroi de l’acte de filiation.

Dans ce contexte, il faut lui accorder les circonstances atténuantes et mettre ses excès et ses dérives sur le compte de son désarroi et son mal-être qui sont la manifestation de son obsession pathologique pour tuer le Père et le Grand-Père.

Tant que ces deux là perdurent l’islam n’est pas prêt d’avoir sa place au Panthéon des religions bibliques dont les apôtres n’ont pas les mains tachées de sang, ni s’être tués entre eux ou s’être livrés à des actes de brigandage.

Ni Moïse ni Jésus n’avaient été des chefs d’Etat contrairement à Mahomet, ce qui est en soi un lourd handicap pour mériter se réclamer de leur héritage.

Source: Le Cheikh Khamis Mejri de la mouvance salafiste était l’invité de l’émission Essaraha Raha sur la chaîne Hannibal TV, dans la soirée du samedi 25 mai. Il a fait part dans ce cadre, de son point de vue quant à la participation d’Al Qaida et des salafistes dans la révolution tunisienne.

Selon le Cheikh, Al Qaida n’a eu de cesse d’appeler les peuples arabes à se révolter contre leurs gouverneurs tyrans qui les opprimaient des années durant. Aussi, le peuple tunisien a-t-il répondu à l’appel de l’organisation Al Qaida, ce qui a engendré la révolution du 14 janvier, selon Khamis Mejri.

Par ailleurs, le cheikh salafiste a évoqué le rôle de l’Etat dans la Tunisie postrévolutionnaire, soulignant que le rôle principal et primordial de ce dernier est de convaincre, par le conseil et l’orientation, le peuple tunisien de faire la prière. Car dit-il: «la majorité écrasante de la population ne fait pas la prière aujourd’hui, or nous sommes un peuple musulman et être musulman passe forcément par la prière.»

The Amsterdam Post calls your attention to the following:

Omroep Brabant – French Knippels, manager of the animal park at the Prince Hendrikstraat, Drunen, is devastated. Last Friday a two weeks old lamb was probably so severely beaten that it is died.

On Friday Mister Knippels did his final round and saw a group of young men.

« They did it ‘

« I had a chat with them. One of the youngsters had shouted that they were going to fuck a sheep. I said… »When you come for the animals, you’ll have to deal with me first. « They were still there when I left. So I suspect they have done it ».

According to Knippels, the lamb was abused with a PVC pipe. « I found that PVC pipe in the park. Later, when I had found the dead animal, I thought: one and one are two. The lower jaw of a young sheep was off and the bone was sticking out. The anus of the animal was also severely devastated. Teeth were beaten out of the lamb’s mouth. The dead corpse of the animal was floating in the pond. I took it out of the water. »

What can you notice by reading this message? Of course. It is written in such a damn politically correct way. « Young people » would have done it. Furthermore, throughout the article there is no description of suspects. Who is trying to fool who here?

We got in contact with the administrator of that animal park because we had some questions to ask. One of the questions is: « What were these young people like? Were they Dutch youths? ». He seemed to be reluctant on the specific answer. But in the end they turned out to be: ‘Dutch youngsters with a foreign accent. »

In Drunen about 10% of the inhabitants are of non-Western origin. And these youths were slightly dark-skinned. There were about five or six of them, between 15 and 17 years old, who hang out in the park in order to smoke dope and drink. They stand there with bicycles and / or scooters. ‘See. That what we mean!’

According to the manager, few of the « youngsters » have been already interrogated by the police. Well, let us guess: Each one of them will explain that they have not done it; or blame others. There for we will teach the police and ‘Omroep Brabant’ how to put a perpetrator profile of such mentally sick ‎ ‘youngsters’ online.

We are looking for light-skinned Moroccans and / or Turks between the ages of 15 and 17 who say they « go and fuck sheep » and that apparently have actually done it. Let those who have knots in their ears know: that this scum starts with animals and will finish with people. Please just tell people the truth! Why ten years after the murder of Pim Fortuyn is that backward culture still selectively denied? Even the so-called in-your-face PowNews has the same attitude here, just copying everything without doing their own research on the matter.

Please do not take matters anymore as granted.

Apart from maintaining his circles within Israel and the international diplomatic community, Lipkin also—together with his wife, Rachel, an Egyptian-born Israeli—closely monitors various media transmissions throughout the Arab world.

Combining the content of those transmissions with American domestic developments under the Obama administration—from Obama’s policy decisions with regard to Iran, Israel and the so-called Arab Spring, to many of his czar appointments, right down to his infamous 2009 bow to the Saudi king—the notion that Obama could be executing a Saudi plot to Islamize America becomes increasingly unnerving.

Consider Obama’s stance on immigration. According to Arabic language broadcasts intercepted and interpreted by Lipkin, “The Moslem world is saying that President Obama wants amnesty for the current 12 million illegal Hispanic immigrants in the U.S. in order to pave the way for the next wave of tens of millions of illegals from the Middle East to the United States, leading to 50 to 100 million Muslims living in the U.S. before the end of Obama’s second term…”

Furthermore, Lipkin has a source with a senior United Nations official that has also said the U.S. will be a Muslim country by 2016—a scenario that makes the Commerce Department’s latest deliberation to grant Arab businesses a leg up rather peculiar in its timing. Lipkin outlined his best speculative assertion of how Obama is carrying out a three-phase Saudi plan that involves the following:

 1. See to the end of the Iranian Shi’ite threat, be it with assistance from Israel or via the rise of a fanatic Muslim Brotherhood Sunni Regime born out of the Arab Spring.

2. Following the takeover of the regimes in the Middle East and the Arab Spring unrest, allow the inevitably massive exodus of Sunni Muslims and Christians from Egypt and other nations to find amnesty in America and Europe—thus bringing about Muslim majorities in the U.S., Europe, Canada and Latin America.

3. Terminate the “Jewish threat” by allowing the Muslim Brotherhood nations to march on Israel.

Plusieurs milliers de musulmans se sont rassemblés au Parc d’expositions de Mulhouse, samedi 8 juin. La 3e Rencontre des musulmans de l’Est (RAME) , organisée par l’Association des musulmans d’Alsace (AMAL) et la section Est de l’Union des organisations islamiques de France (UOIF), s’y déroulait.

Conférences et activités culturelles sous le thème du Prophète Muhammad se sont enchaînées toute la journée. Présent comme d’autres élus locaux, le maire de Mulhouse Jean Rottner (UMP) s’est félicité du « partenariat crucial »tissé au fil des ans entre la ville et l’AMAF, rapporte le siteL’Alsace.fr.

« Vous défendez un islam de tolérance, de souci de l’autre et du bien vivre ensemble. Au-delà des fractures que certains veulent dresser entre nous, nous avons intérêt à construire ensemble. Soyons fiers de bâtir ensemble une terre d’Alsace ouverte à tous et à toutes ! », a-t-il lancé, à la tribune.
